My Journey
I have been working in the medical field for as long as I can remember, and it is all that I have ever wanted to do. I find peace in scientific reasoning and guidelines, but as I ventured further into my career and practice, I realized there is also an art to the profession that is both tangible and intangible. Our faces represent us to the world just as much as our words, if not more.
As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, I can help people achieve happiness through tangible changes and results, and I can also help people by being a caring provider who listens and takes the time to make you comfortable. After 15 years as an RN and 8 years as an NP, I am now dedicating my career to increasing access to safe, evidenced-based, aesthetic care in my hometown of Carmel, IN!
My Approach
My approach as a nurse practitioner has always been an interactive one. It is my goal to understand what my clients need and/or want, and then to devise a plan together. It is a conversation. We are a team!
As the lead nurse practitioner at The Look Medical Aesthetics, I prioritize personal care for each client. Whether you need a quick Botox treatment during lunch, more luscious lips before a vacation, or a sharp jaw line, we will achieve your treatment goal together.
My Secret
I don’t have any! You will get honest expertise and services, many of which I have administered to myself and my own loved ones! I care about the look that represents you inside and out.
My Expertise
I have been actively practicing as a board-certified NP treating patients as a provider since 2018. I have 5 years of experience in facial injection procedures, local and regional anesthesia injections and nerve blocks, and have a strong background in infectious and procedural dermatology. I have also completed advanced training in medical aesthetics and cosmetic injectables and hold Certifications in toxin and filler procedures from AMET and AACM.

Geraldine Darroca, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Darroca is a board-certified internal medicine physician with decades of experience in internal medicine, urgent care, occupational medicine, and physician leadership. She also has over a decade of experience as a medical director. She lives in Carmel, Indiana with her husband, Rich. She also has 2 beautiful children and 3 beautiful grandchildren who live locally in Hamilton County!
Matt Hill, CFA, MBA
Matt is an experienced Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and former Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He has decades of experience in both corporate and small-business finance, accounting, investment banking, and finance strategy & operations.
He is also married to owner, Amanda Hill, NP. Together, they have 2 children, Charlie (2015) and Fiona (2019). After years of telling Amanda “you should start your own practice,” she ultimately took his advice!
Finance Operations
Sai is an experienced and talented marketing and graphic design specialist. She has spent most of her career navigating the beauty industry and is highly skilled in digital graphic design and social media. She is also an entreprenuer and founded her own company, S.G. Digital Marketing Services. She has been working with The Look Medical Aesthetics since it was founded and provides a clean and delicate look to our marketing and communications. She is originally from Manila, Philippines and has a degree in marketing from Centro Escolar University Official.
